We can accommodate to the majority of allergy & dietary requirements with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements please inform us 48 hours prior to your booking and we'll write a menu to suit your needs. 

French onion soup. Welsh autumn truffle.


Tapioca crisp. Smoked apple. Salsa verde. 


Shokupan. Lavabread butter.


Watermelon sashimi. Cashew furikake. Mint. Lime ponzu.

Hispi cabbage. Horseradish. Sauerkraut. Enoki mushroom crisps. Kale crisps.


King oyster mushroom. Smoked beetroot. Wild mushroom & Jerusalem artichoke pithivier.

Pickled walnut. Red wine jus. 


Lemon posset.. Margarita slush.


Chocolate & cherry tartlet. Almond ice cream. Italian meringue.  




A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
